He was accused of failing to collect material evidence, discouraging the victim from pursuing prosecution, and causing the destruction of physical evidence. The victim filed a lawsuit alleging violations of her constitutional rights, but the court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants, including Detective Buzzard.
