Corporal Douglas Chutz was involved in the September 2020 incident where a suspect was taken to a precinct bathroom for a strip search, during which the suspect was tased and struck. Chutz and other officers conspired to dispose of body camera footage to cover up the excessive use of force. He was charged with malfeasance in office and was expected to turn himself in following the charges announced on September 28, 2023.
