Officer Dustin Hand was arrested in September 2022 after initiating a fight at Deja Vu Showgirls, an all-nude strip club in Valley Brook, Oklahoma. Despite being advised by a Valley Brook police officer not to drive due to intoxication, Hand attempted to operate his vehicle and was subsequently arrested for actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence and possession of a firearm while intoxicated. He paid $1,570 in administrative costs as part of a plea agreement, and the charges were ultimately dropped. An internal investigation was conducted by the Edmond Police Department.
