    Officer Eric Fjeld resigned in August 2020 in lieu of termination after an internal investigation revealed misconduct during a June 30, 2020, incident. Body-worn camera footage showed behavior that violated the department’s core values of competence, courage, and integrity. Acting Chief Michael Brunson mandated that supervisors play the video for officers to emphasize the department’s zero-tolerance policy for such behavior.
