In May 2023, Deputy Fernando Jimenez was implicated in a ‘revenge pornography plot’ against a fellow deputy. Along with other employees, Jimenez allegedly acquired and disseminated an intimate video of the deputy without her consent. This led to a lawsuit alleging criminal and discriminatory conduct within the department.
