In 2016, Glenn C. Drake II, then Warden of the Potter County Jail, was involved in a lawsuit alleging retaliatory termination of corrections officer Roy Hunt. Hunt claimed that after reporting misconduct and requesting surveillance footage to support a grievance, he was terminated for insubordination. The lawsuit accused Drake of initiating unfounded disciplinary warnings and terminating Hunt in retaliation for his actions. The case was documented in the memorandum for Hunt v. Potter County et al.
