A lot to digest in this one, Dean Flyte seams to damage his vehicle while driving at an auditor on the sidewalk. Stephenson makes threats. Sargent Ianneta lets us know what he seems to think about the public and makes terroristic threats.

Sergeant Joseph Iannetta of the Allentown Police Department has been implicated in multiple lawsuits alleging excessive use of force. Notably, in a 2015 incident, Iannetta was captured on dashcam video delivering a forceful kick to the head of Hector Medina-Pena during an arrest. Medina-Pena, who was on all fours and appeared to be complying with police commands, suffered a fractured jaw and lost three teeth as a result of the kick. This led to a federal lawsuit against Iannetta and the city, which was settled in 2017 for $160,000.

In a separate 2013 case, Iannetta was accused of using excessive force during an arrest, resulting in a $350,000 settlement by the city in 2016.

These incidents have raised concerns about the conduct of certain officers within the Allentown Police Department and have led to significant financial settlements by the city.
