On April 21, 2022, Officer Isaac Dominy was involved in a use of force incident where he allegedly struck a suspect with a closed fist after a police chase and crash. An internal investigation led to his indictment on one count of misdemeanor third-degree assault by a Lee County Grand Jury on September 2, 2022.
