Officer Jackie Parker was terminated on November 6, 2017, after failing to appropriately respond to information provided by dispatch and neglecting to make necessary arrests in two separate incidents. His termination was upheld by the Little Rock Civil Service Commission and later affirmed by the Pulaski County Circuit Court.
