On January 3, 2024, Officer Vilmont was arrested in Manchester for reckless conduct with a deadly weapon after discharging a firearm into a neighbor’s apartment. The incident occurred around 2 a.m., causing a bullet hole and broken glass in the neighbor’s kitchen; fortunately, no injuries were reported. Vilmont was terminated from the Concord Police Department the same day. He was released on personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment set for February 8, 2024.
