On October 24, 2021, off-duty Officer James Mullins was involved in a shootout outside Greg’s Sports Bar. He then entered the bar, threatened the owner, and assaulted multiple individuals, including fellow officers. Body cam footage revealed his aggressive behavior and the presence of an open container and a firearm in his vehicle. Mullins was dismissed from the department five days later and charged with domestic battery against Taylor Janutolo.
