Officer Jarad Layne Webb was arrested in 2018 on charges of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and filing a false police report. Webb, who had been with the department since 2005, was placed on administrative leave pending both criminal and internal investigations. The outcome of these investigations and any subsequent disciplinary actions have not been publicly disclosed.
