Former Officer Kendrick was convicted of felony breach of privacy for secretly recording a woman in the shower without her consent between September and November 2016. He also admitted to stealing women’s underwear while on duty. Kendrick was terminated from the department on July 31, 2020, and his law enforcement certification was revoked in August 2021.
