Former Oro Valley Police Officer Lindley resigned in November 2016 after an investigation revealed he had been sexting while on duty and engaged in sexual acts during work hours. A review of his department phone uncovered a significant amount of sexually explicit photographs, videos, and correspondence. Lindley voluntarily surrendered his peace officer certification.
