Former Officer Argo was convicted in 2013 for secretly recording fellow officers’ genitals in the department’s bathroom and posting the footage online. He also filmed high school track team members at a rest stop. Argo pleaded guilty to multiple charges and was sentenced to seven years in prison. Six officers filed a $1.75 million lawsuit against him and the department for invasion of privacy and negligent hiring.
