    In August 2013, Officer Jeremy Wood was accused by Cedric Warner of fabricating evidence during a drug-related search of Warner’s home. Warner alleged that Wood swapped ibuprofen found in a coffee maker with crack cocaine. A civil lawsuit was filed in April 2016, but in January 2018, the court granted summary judgment in favor of Wood, citing a lack of affirmative evidence supporting Warner’s claims.
