Sergeant Jon Meck, who served as Treasurer for the Arizona Tactical Officers Association from 2009 to 2018, was indicted in February 2019 on charges of fraud and theft. He allegedly misused over $25,000 of the association’s funds for personal purchases. Meck was placed on administrative leave in August 2018, and an internal investigation was initiated following the indictment.
