On August 26, 2012, Officer Justin Berry arrested Antonio Buehler for ‘interfering with public duties’ while Buehler was recording an arrest. Buehler claimed that the arrest was retaliatory and filed a civil rights lawsuit against Berry and other officers. The lawsuit was eventually dismissed, but the incident raised questions about Officer Berry’s actions during the arrest.
