In 2015, First Sergeant Ken Rogers was involved in an incident where he allegedly used excessive force during an arrest, including pepper spraying, slapping, leg-shackling, and tasing the individual. Rogers was arrested and charged with misconduct in office and assault and battery, ultimately pleading guilty to misconduct in office.
