Deputy Superintendent Kevin Mealy was named in a 2021 lawsuit by Officer Amy Hall, who accused him of discrimination and retaliation. Hall alleged that Mealy, her commanding officer, played a key role in the discrimination and retaliation she faced, including questioning her mental stability. Despite these allegations, Mealy was promoted in 2022.
