In December 2024, a civil rights lawsuit was filed against Officer Kyle Waters, alleging misconduct during an arrest. The plaintiff, Jeremy Henson, claims that Officer Waters violated his constitutional rights during the incident. The case is currently pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
