In May 2023, Robinson was arrested by the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office for two counts of false impersonation of a police officer and two counts of carrying a firearm on school property. He allegedly provided security for a Grambling State University event while wearing a Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Department deputy’s uniform. Previously, in January 2023, Robinson was arrested in Columbia County, Arkansas, on charges of theft of property over $25,000, with a bond set at $500,000. His probation for this charge was revoked in October 2023. Additionally, Robinson was named in a lawsuit related to a December 2022 incident where a handcuffed man was tased by officers.
