    In April 2017, Lieutenant Gentry was implicated in an incident where inmate Kyle Wallace’s cell was flooded with contaminated water from another cell. Wallace alleged that Gentry failed to address the unsanitary conditions for several days, leading to health issues. Wallace filed a lawsuit claiming deliberate indifference to his health and safety.
