Former Officer Luke Bonkiewicz filed a charge of discrimination alleging retaliation for reporting harassment and discrimination within the department. He reported sexual misconduct issues and claimed that leadership refused to address them. Bonkiewicz was terminated following internal affairs investigations, which he contends were retaliatory.
