On May 6, 2009, Officer Mark Del Boccio responded to a call involving an unconscious, intoxicated female and three underage males. Without verifying their identities or offering medical assistance to the female, Del Boccio allowed the males to leave with her. Shortly thereafter, the female was sexually assaulted by the males.
