In May 2016, Senior Cell Block Attendant Matthew Jaskula assaulted Shaun Porter, a handcuffed Black man, by dragging him across the floor of the cell block, causing injuries. Jaskula pleaded guilty to willful deprivation of rights under color of law resulting in bodily injury.
