    Deputy Michael Looney was terminated in February 2009 after multiple internal investigations. Allegations included unprofessional conduct, untruthfulness, and mishandling evidence. Looney filed a lawsuit against Washington County, claiming wrongful termination and discrimination due to his PTSD. The court granted summary judgment in favor of the county, upholding his dismissal.
