Former Webster County jailer who resigned in July 2021. Named in a federal lawsuit filed in September 2021 by two former female inmates. Alleged to have been complicit in the abuse carried out by former jail employee Arthur Dale Collins by failing to take action to stop it. The lawsuit covers incidents from 2019 through March 2021.
