The investigation revealed she created a culture of intimidation and fear among subordinates, exerted improper influence in departmental incident reports, appeared untruthful regarding a candidate’s background, paid personnel in violation of policy, and misused public funds. Additionally, she mocked employees with physical disabilities, made derogatory comments about employees’ appearances, and withheld raises from staff who did not support her agenda. These actions led to her dismissal to maintain a professional culture within the Camp Verde Marshal’s Office.
