In 2012, Officer Ingram was accused of fabricating evidence to obtain an arrest warrant for an individual on a first-degree robbery charge. The court found that the allegations, if true, would establish a violation of the individual’s constitutional rights, and denied Ingram’s motion to dismiss on qualified immunity grounds.
