Create And Track Police Department History
Home › Forums › Washington › Everett Police Department › Officer Jared Corson
Officer Jared Corson was charged in 2021 with using police equipment to stalk his ex-girlfriend and attempting to get her new boyfriend arrested. He attached a privately acquired tracking device to the boyfriend’s car and used police databases to gather information. In February 2022, a jury found Corson guilty of stalking, official misconduct, and intercepting private communication but acquitted him of first-degree perjury. Corson resigned from the department in 2021 amid an internal investigation.
