    In May 2020, Officer Justin Cullen faced allegations of engaging in non-consensual sex while off duty. He resigned from the Manchester Police Department in June 2020 during the internal investigation. Subsequently, he was hired by the Plainville Police Department in August 2020. However, the Police Officer Standards and Training Council rejected his certification due to his resignation amid an ongoing investigation for serious misconduct.
