    In January 2015, Officer Justin Gilliland was involved in an incident where a 16-year-old girl experiencing a grand mal seizure was tased twice, and her mother was also tased. The lawsuit alleges that instead of seeking medical help, officers restrained and tased the individuals involved. The lawsuit seeks punitive damages and an injunction for proper training and supervision of officers.
