In 2009, Officer Jobe was involved in an incident where he discharged his taser multiple times over a period of 32 seconds on an armed, non-compliant suspect. The suspect alleged excessive force, but the court concluded that Jobe’s actions were reasonable under the circumstances. No disciplinary action was taken against Officer Jobe.
