In July 2017, Officer Schneider conducted a traffic stop in Glendale, during which he used a Taser on Johnny Wheatcroft’s genitals while Wheatcroft was handcuffed and lying on the ground. The incident led to a lawsuit accusing Schneider of torture. The lawsuit alleges that Schneider’s actions were significantly and excruciatingly painful for Wheatcroft.
