On October 10, 2019, Officer Moore assisted Officer Fox during a traffic stop involving Mr. Grayson-Bey in Detroit. Officer Moore helped place Mr. Grayson-Bey in handcuffs after he presented a ‘moors traveler card’ instead of a standard driver’s license. Mr. Grayson-Bey filed a lawsuit alleging unlawful arrest and violation of his rights.
