Officer Wabler was named in a 2002 lawsuit alleging excessive force during an arrest at the Fraze Pavilion. The plaintiff claimed that Wabler and other officers used unnecessary force. The court, however, found insufficient evidence against Wabler and granted summary judgment in his favor.
