Create And Track Police Department History

Subject of multiple internal affairs investigations and a criminal investigation between 1996 and 1997. Allegations included domestic violence, improper disclosure of confidential information, and conduct unbecoming an officer. These investigations resulted in a ‘conditionally fit for duty’ evaluation and eventual termination from the department. Officer Zandhri subsequently filed a lawsuit alleging false arrest and other claims, which was addressed in Zandhri v. Dortenzio, 228 F. Supp. 2d 167 (D. Conn. 2002).
