I’m constantly being raped to my rectum and vaginal area everyday criminally. Someone in apts at 200 Rogers Court is illegally using police, feds, military grade weapons and cellphones, computers with software and technology. They use pulsed microwave radiation through the wall directed at a victim’s head & body, organs, colon /intestines /rectum. They are illegally using this aimed at the victim’s insides of rectum… felt the same as rape, EVERYDAY. They setup some type of echo recording device inside and next to victims apt walls, to amplify certain setup sounds to injure, put stress and fear on victim. This is happening many times a day. They send extreme loud ringing insect sound into the apt and room of victim, hurting their ears nonstop. Created tinnitus. They remotely force wake and force sleep the victim, sleep depriving them nightly. They try to create a life for victim telling them what to do vs victims own competence intelligence views beliefs that they are allowed to have! Cops and feds are using a drone to hit the walls windows and ceiling of victim’s apt illegally. Victim wrote to the FAA, FCC,FTC, and others. Cops tell neighbors and victim’s family that the victim is their prisoner ( though victim is not a real prisoner, doing no crime no court no judge order)under 1st precinct police Babylon and Hauppauge 4th. someone told them to write on the victim’s mail package box “property of ” as if the victim is a criminal, prisoner, or mental patient, receiving property!! The victim has no mental illnesses! The victim is doing no crime! The victim is being stalked, harassed,cyberbullying, other cybercrimes, physically and mentally tortured,red burned, electric type felt shocks and remotely accessed to their neural data , brain , body , organs illegally by technology. They are a victim of technology and microwave pulsed radiation since 2007. The victim saw a neurologist who diagnosed the victim with microwave radiation and neuropathy damages. These hired neighbors work with cops and feds. And use weaponry to torture victim. The victim saw a doctor for 6 years who wrote to police by email, to the Inspector of police dept. He said the victim has no mental illnesses and that the victim’s civil rights are being violated for years. That their client is being targeted for years. The victim also states that police caused the victim to lose and change their housing, many times since 2007. Cops violate the VAWA and the Color of law since 2007, 18 years. The facts: they have lied in police reports about the victim and didn’t write on the reports properly what the victim told them occurred in regard to criminal neighbors doing break-ins at their home, trespassing, vandalism, damages of property, mail, packages during 2007-2025. The victim was told that under VAWA (DOJ 2005 )is allowed to keep their name hidden, when connected to their address for deliveries and mail, but police do not care about the VAWA. They think it’s ok to microwave,torture,tinnitus, stalk , track, rape , assault, injure, sleep deprive victim .They tamper with the victim’s food frequently since 2012. They tell local food pizza and deli and other places to tamper with the food using wrong food, missing food, bad , spoiled food, molded ingredients , also hairs were put in food many times in 13 years, including cops put drugs in the food & drinks to hurt the heart, pulsing it severe, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation. They use chemicals, (which are poisons)put into the victim’s food. The victim is allowed to use a nickname with deliveries, to try and hide their identity at all times, under VAWA. This is due to the nultiple crimes since 2012 and 2007 by police FBI, DHS, military, with crimes upon victim of domestic violence , domestic abuse, sexual assault(rape) , stalking , vandalism, trespassing, break-ins, remote controlled microwave radiation use doing physical assault , creating trauma and stress , anxiety, isolation, health problems daily and over time. Including use of sonic /acoustic weapons sending an extreme loud ringing insect sound into air and ears of victim everyday. The police have directly bribed or threatened landlords since 2012 to go along with violating fair housing laws upon the victim and tenant’s rights. They forced the victim to move several times not wanting to or having to! The victim doing no crime to self or others. The victim has not been charged of a crime in court since this started. July 2025 Police illegally threatened to break the door down of victims home, if they did not let them in. They had no warrant. Police sent a mobile crisis team to the INNOCENT victims home just because victim called 911 a few times that month with proof of crimes of damaged door locks. They illegally handcuffed victim as victim was on speakerphone with a lawyer,who heard the whole incident. Victim was brought to a hospital psych dept ER for a psych evaluation. The victim was seen by psychiatrists and nurses and was released 7 hrs later with no mental illness diagnosis,but a sane person. Police wrote a report that said a “neighbor dispute ” but did not write facts:1) that the victim showed a video to police of their next door neighbor screaming and yelling towards victim, threatening them. 2)theft of their personal belonging, 3(4 small dents in their door, 5)cuts on their screen window twice,6) trespassing into their home, w damage to several items, 7)crazy glue inside the victim’s locks 4xs locking them out as all crimes and crime of damage to their locks. Police did not write up these things in reports, though police saw the glue inside the locks 3xs out of 4. All they wrote was” neighbor dispute ” and” victim delusional paranoid”! Yet victim is sane and cops are not doctors. Police / feds continue to use illegal drone around home and in public. They pay several men( and women) neighbors involved working with them to watch, spy, monitor, harass wear certain clothes, say certain things,drive by with loud motor muffler and motorbike revving directed at victims. Cybercrimes of victim’s phone and camera for 13 years and victim reported many times to officials and FILED police reports on crimes 2007-2025. 2024 on phone hacked and being remotely accessed and controlled. The police/hired neighbors to harass and damage items and use device /weapon toremotely attack the victim’s body and head,skin and organs. Police invade privacy of brain and body of victim 24/7. Victim is not a terrorist and does not belong on any FBI, DOJ, DHS non investigative terrorist data base(2007– of non terrorist Americans) or list by military (program targeting innocent Americans called mars). Victim is not a terrorist or threat to national security or society. Victim is a non violent person and is allowed freedom of speech and in writing this…to defend themselves if attacked and provoked. They are harassed hit assaulted raped burned electric shock sensations, constant unwanted sexual electronic forced stimulated raped and forced unwanted sexual sensations everyday many times a day creating injury stress trauma and provoking. This is being done to victim felt and is rape. A Loud ringing insect type sound is sent non stop into ears and air of victims home daily 13 years. They are using either sonic or microwave radiation to.crrate the sound. LRAD is another weapon that can send high tone sound. Victim is being provoked daily with no recourse from reporting or to report and get cops to STOP. They think they can control the victims life and think they own the victim. And think.vuctik of 55.gas a curfew like a child. They think victim has to do certain things and they don’t. They are participating and make no arrests on criminals they hire! no oversight in Suffolk county with IA!!! No recourse to get the crimes stopped! They created a program( with Congress involved)considered classified and being used as cruel and unusual punishment, without any charge, in any court, no warrant, no court order and no lawyer! The cops and feds keep the crimes hidden and violate 18 years of victim’s human and civil rights, daily. They are violating due process and a form of writ of habeas corpus. They expect forced labor saying “put your back into it” as a form of modern slavery and a form of human trafficking of the victim. Cops and feds violate UN law against TORTURE, Sexual assault, UN Geneva convention treaty , the UN Nuremberg code. They violate the law on Human right. They cannot use the victim as a medical, human research subject, without their consen, or IRB. Common law US CODE 45. Victim is not allowed to be used as experiment or research, without their written consent! They are assaulting this victim daily with what they call “non lethal” directed energy weapons” and “RF pulsed microwave radiation” but they are lethal! And using either software,spyware,BBI, CBI.or other technologies. They violate all American Constitutional law, and several American amendment laws. They do cybercrimes to victim’s phone violating privacy and Internet laws. They violate equal rights to public places and assault them in public with microwaves and they do illegal cruel and unusual punishment upon victim daily. They do electronic harassment of victim’s electronics and illegal use of drones, they threaten victims family members to go around lying about the victim, as if they are mental when they are not. They violate the law by using EMT fake alarms and FD alarms. They are NOT letting victim spend time with their family members inside their homes for visits and occasions and holidays….as if victim is a prisoner. They let victim see only 2 family members if forced labor or errand involved and allowed to eat at a public place or in their car on holidays vs a home, but no vacation or trips with family… They violate family rights. They violate fair housing law, tenant’s rights, Internet and privacy law, and assault with a weapon, and laws on drugging and raping victim. They unlawfully evicted victim in 2023 and made them homeless for 2 half years and made them lose their section 8 voucher of 14 years. Victim got a new voucher march 2025 and hired police citizens vandalized victim’s home first day they moved in to their new apt. They vandalized packages and it’s contents. Police and feds lie about the victim since 2007. July 2025 Victim was threatened that 4 police officers would break their door down if not opened. They said a neighbor told them victim verbally threatened to harm them.. but victim didn’t do that. They violated victims rights by writing on a police report that the victim was psychiatrically committed when they never were. Victim was illegally handcuffed with no crime committed no threat no violent act no emergency. Victim was no harm to self or others. Victim has never been a harm to self , never suicidal, never homicidal. Victim had a lawyer stay on the phone, speakerphone, listening in, during the incident. Sergeant was allowing illegal civil rights violations of handcuffing an innocent sane victim. Police lied about victim since 2007 and maybe even earlier. A 2007 criminal neighbor, had cop in their family and victim was targeted by the cop and other cops and detective. Victim was more about by detectives. Victim’s home was vandalized for 18 years. Victim was drugged and physically raped more than once, as a way of trying to force a move upon victim, when victim did no crime. They NEVER arrested the rapists. Victim reported to civil liberties union , ACLU, CCRB, and other agencies with no help. Police never investigated some of the rapes. Reports and hospital exams and rape kits done. The police use rape and other methods to try and silence victims and a thinking they can traumatize innocent victims to move. Or they use threats on landlord or bribes, and lied about the victim as defaming character, to try and make victim move. Victim moves and they start doing crimes again to victim. The stalkers told victim that police sent them, that they work for police,FBI,DOJ, DHS, army, navy, FD, EMTs. They remotely can use microwave pulsed radiation with technology to squeeze victim’s wrists hands arm bones nerves throat head neck chest ears face bones nose collarbone for long hours and do stress positions of pain. Remote Asaaults are done to the inside of victims stomach daily and red burns, pain shocks to hands, long hours and choking) strangulation holds trying to force victim to submit long hours. They do red raw burns to breasts chest stomach thigh areas making burn type abrasion open cuts into their skin and sores and holes into their skin. They caused thousands of scars on victim’s body by microwave radiation daily since 2007. “Doctors”and experts have agreed with the victim. This includes a neurologist and psychiatric doctor. The psychologist stated to police, that victim has NO mental illnesses. No delusion no psychosis no schizophrenia. Yet the police continue to tell neighbors to lie,spy, do psych tactics, wait for victim to leave their home, wait for deliveries, look at victims receipts, vandalized their hole, do gaslighting , food tampering, tamper with packages as they wait to make money, get new cars, gift cards, bills paid off of torturing the victim. stalking with their phones and texting in front of victim daily, taking photos recordings of victim, and invading their private life and home. Lying about victim. Doing psychological tactics are part of cop feds setup around the victim’s outside apt by “neighbors” who participate with spying, phone use, using phone to shock and burn victim, flashing bldg lights( proof) using car lights and brake lights (trunk with devices)(proof) /radios / electronics to send microwaves into victims bedroom, living room, bathroom. Victim used an EMF meter to measure levels of radiation in bedroom that went to the highest number. The neighbors use hand body signaling, blinds and window signaling, light signaling, car beep signaling , horn honking, dumpster metal slamming, loud mufflers idling revving, colors of clothing, and sit on bench waiting spying timed to what the victim is doing and send neighbors to stalk victim to their Uber taxi ride and family ride visitor for 13 years. They follow victim’s family car from the entrance exit into the road and stalk them in bus stop,train station,library, grocery churches, etc. They show up inside the bank waiting for victim financial transaction and listen in. They do tampering of victims A/C motor making it buzz loud, fridge motor revving loud, oven clicking, lights tampering,ceiling fan sound created w blades,etc . Marks made on wall and on other items that has no markings! Sometimes an insect also planted by them in the home. Victim is allowed to use “any name” ” for themselves” with deliveries of any kind and online, to try and protect their safety from police and hired criminals (of their real name). Using a nickname is used because of the tampering drugging of food and multiple crimes of 18 years with domestic terrorism, domestic abuse, many rapes upon victim. They have a valid ID but try not to use their real name. Using a nickname or pen name, is “not a crime “. police are illegally violating my rights with food and shopping. The law under VAWA(federal law DOJ 2005) is supposed to protect the victim and victim’s identity from further violent acts and crimes by criminals!! The law on domestic violence survivors is also being violated. NYS has a program that allows victims to not use their real mailing address to protect them. Police do not care about any laws. Because they are doing crimes. The victim is doing no crime and that they are doing crimes against victim for 18 years and beyond. A lawyer said : Police cannot break a door down upon any NYS resident without a warrant. They cannot handcuff and arrest and take you to a hospital with no warrant, no harm to self or others. BUT THEY DID, 3xs. 2025 Police claim it was not their doing.. but the mobile crisis team ordered police to take the victim. The mobile crisis team illegally lied committing perjury upon the victim as victim was no harm to self or others, no emergency or violent act was taking place!!! The crisis people claimed that a resident told them victim verbally threatened them …..but victim never did. Mobile crisis and police “HAD NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE or RECORDING ” that showed the victim made a verbal threat…yet HANDCUFFED VICTIM hurting them and in cop car and took VICTIM to hospital for more PHYSICAL PAIN UPON THEM, AT A HOSPITAL CHAIR, & PSYCH DEPT for EVALUATION. Psychiatrist Doctor stated that if someone calls police too often (even if crimes are being committed against a victim,a victim who is sane)..they will unlawfully bring the person to a psych dept of hospital!! Psychiatrist said the victim needs a lawyer to help them with the neighbor dispute or to get restraining order upon neighbor. Neighbors are continuing to harass and illegally watch a victim in their home by hidden cameras placed and in their shower, toilet , bedroom. They do damages daily to victims body and life. They illegally watch victim on their phone, internet use , calls , texts and emails, bathing, toilet, eating etc. The police and feds and neighbors hack victim’s phone daily and their emails and they listen to victim’s private bank money transactions information. They look and wait at victims deliveries and tracking . Victim is gang stalked everywhere they go in public. Victim forced into isolation due to the neighbors and stalkers and deprive of sun, air socialization freedom liberties privacy. Cops who also stalk and track victim( photo proof) Victim doing no crime. A Lawyer said sue cops for the sex crimes and allowing rapes that occurred with no arrests on rapists including if a cop did the rapes. Victim was unlawfully arrested/handcuffed 2 other times doing no crime.
