Officer involved in Tony Timpa’s fatal arrest in 2016, accused of failing to intervene as another officer restrained Timpa leading to death. Indicted in 2017 for misdemeanor deadly conduct (charges later dismissed). Found liable in 2023 civil trial for violating Timpa’s civil rights. Still employed by DPD as of 2022.
