Lee alleges that Rodriguez and O’Hara dragged her from her vehicle, threw her to the ground, and punched her, causing significant injuries including the loss of her front teeth. The lawsuit claims violations of Lee’s civil rights, false arrest, and malicious prosecution. The charges against Lee were dismissed by the District Attorney’s Office. The case is currently in mediation.
