Officer Robert Greco was involved in a 2017 incident where he and Sergeant O’Donnell allegedly used excessive force against Robert Moran, a civilian seeking medical assistance. Greco reportedly refused to handcuff Moran and transport him to the hospital, instead engaging in verbal aggression. The incident led to a lawsuit alleging violations of Moran’s Fourth Amendment rights.

Important Community Guidelines

Why This Matters

By organizing this data, we can potentially demonstrate when officers were previously aware of laws they later claim ignorance of, challenging qualified immunity defenses and promoting accountability.
