In August 2019, Officer Ryan Duncan was found intoxicated and partially undressed in his car on two occasions. On August 1, he was discovered naked from the waist down in a Burger King parking lot, allegedly using a racial slur towards the manager. Two days later, he was found passed out in a Cumberland Farms parking lot. He was terminated in October 2019 for violating departmental policies, including conduct unbecoming an officer and harassment/intolerance.
