In January 2023, Sergeant Ryan Solie, serving as a school resource officer at West Allis Central High School, admitted to having sexual contact on school property six to eight times, including once in his office while on duty. This admission followed an internal investigation into inappropriate behavior at a school party. Solie resigned in lieu of termination and was placed on Milwaukee County’s Brady list, indicating credibility concerns.
