In 2014, Officer Scott A. Mulleneaux was found to have provided false statements to a prosecuting attorney regarding his relationship with the mother of a defendant he had arrested. This dishonesty led to the revocation of his certification by the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board on October 15, 2014.
