Sergeant McGailliard was terminated after multiple allegations of sexual harassment by former Deputy Rickie Biggs. Incidents included making inappropriate comments and gestures, such as making humping motions, commenting on Biggs’ breath and car smell, and waving dollar bills in her face while insinuating she was a stripper. An internal investigation led to his dismissal. Biggs later reached a $200,000 settlement with the department, which included promises to change reporting procedures for harassment, though these changes were reportedly not implemented.
