This video is from Lackluster on Youtube. Two Brothers, who are Deputies, harassing a citizen and acting like they are still in High School.  Their father is the Sherriff. A truly odd police encounter that shows how officers can act when nepotism is mixed with law enforcement agencies.

Video Link to Lackluster on Youtube. Twin cops quit after several instance of them terrorizing the community come to light. These are just the videos that have surfaced. One can assume the brothers demeanor is due to their daddy being their boss and the Sheriff. One lady calls them the Allen boys in a way that seems is meant to portray them as troublemakers.
