Sgt. Floyd Graf retired in January 2021 after 20 years of service. In 2020, the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office initiated a criminal investigation into the alleged theft of assets belonging to former Benson City Councilman Alfonso ‘Al’ Sacco. Both Sgt. Graf and his wife, Christina Graf, were listed as investigative leads. Christina Graf was placed on Arizona’s Adult Protective Services Registry in April 2021 following allegations that she exploited over $270,000 from Sacco between January 2016 and June 2018. The investigation into Sgt. Graf’s involvement is ongoing.
