In December 2006, during a deposition, Sgt. Robinson described procedures at the Putnam County Jail that involved detainees undressing completely during ‘change-out’ processes, which could be considered a violation of privacy rights. However, no evidence was presented that she or any other jailer acted upon this belief by conducting such searches.
