In March 2010, the POST Council revoked the certification of former Tooele County Sheriff’s deputy Shawn R. Borba after he admitted to having an on-duty affair with a serviceman’s wife while the serviceman was deployed out-of-state. Borba also admitted to having on-duty sex with his current wife while married to his previous wife.
